Estimated Delivery Times
Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse once payment has been approved from our finance department within 1 to 2 business days.
Odara Cosmetics Australia always to ensure fast and reliable delivery, however sometimes there may be slight delays that are beyond our control.
Track Your Order
We ship all local orders (In Australia) via Australia Post eparcel service. Once your order is shipped, Odara Cosmetics will send you a confirmation email which will include a Tracking ID Number.

TIMING
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. However, will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Odara Cosmetics Australia uses Australia Post to deliver international orders.
All purchases from Odara Cosmetics Australia are made pursuant to shipping arrangements and we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after shipments have left our warehouse.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Odara Cosmetics Australia is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Return Policy
Returns & Replacements
Items can be exchanged only. Please return within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition. If you would like an exchange, the standard $6 postage will be charged. All goods will be inspected on return.
In all cases, items returned must be in their original condition and unused, which includes any packaging. For example, foundations are to be exchanged with the box and tamper seal on the sifter intact. Make sure to send the item back in a protective box. Please do not return the item in an envelope with bubble protection as it does not sufficiently prevent damage. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
* Mascara and Lip gloss cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures the package. For a small fee the package can be insured for the value of the goods you are returning.
